FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for buyers, farmers, and partners about VITI GROUP's botanical extracts, technology, and contract pharming program.

Concise, factual answers to the questions B2B buyers, growers, and regulators ask most. For anything not covered here, contact our team at info@vitigrp.com.

What is a phytoactive biorefinery?

A phytoactive biorefinery converts plant biomass into standardized, pharmaceutical-grade active compounds rather than commodity crops. VITI GROUP cultivates botanicals, extracts their phytoactive molecules using green-chemistry processes, and standardizes them into traceable APIs and ingredients for the food, feed, and pharmaceutical industries.

What is standardized kratom extract, and what is the Mitragynine specification?

Standardized kratom extract is a high-purity extract from Mitragyna speciosa leaves produced for consistent alkaloid content, with Mitragynine as the primary marker. VITI standardizes to a defined Mitragynine level per batch under quality control at its EECi API Facility; exact assay values are confirmed on the Certificate of Analysis for each lot.

Is VITI's kratom extract legal to import?

VITI's kratom extract is supplied for research, analytical, and B2B use. Kratom's legal status varies widely by country, state, and province, so the buyer is responsible for confirming that import, possession, and intended use are permitted in their jurisdiction before ordering. Contact us and we will provide documentation to support your compliance review.

What extraction technologies does VITI use?

VITI uses two proprietary green-chemistry methods developed in-house: ultrasonic 'disruptive frequency' extraction, which uses high-frequency sound waves and cavitation to release compounds without harsh solvents, and micellar extraction, which uses molecular micelles to isolate target molecules gently. Both minimize solvent use, energy, and environmental impact.

What is contract pharming and how does profit-sharing work?

Contract pharming is VITI's blockchain-based contract farming program linking growers ('pharmers'), scientists, and manufacturers. Each pharmer is governed by a smart contract defining crop type, yield targets, and quality metrics. Pharmers earn not only from raw-material sales but a share of revenue from the finished consumer products derived from their crops, distributed automatically on-chain.

What are the specifications to sell raw kratom leaf to VITI?

VITI buys dried, ground kratom leaf powder (Mitragyna speciosa) with Mitragynine content of not less than 1% per dry weight, over 90% passing a 60-mesh sieve, moisture not exceeding 10%, free of stones, sand, and metal, packed 10 kg per heat-sealed bag. Trees older than three years are recommended for higher active-ingredient content, and price is calculated from measured MIT content.

How do I become a raw-material supplier?

Submit a 50-gram sample from the lot you intend to sell to VITI's EECi API Facility for Mitragynine testing. If it meets criteria, VITI issues a Purchase Order with a 50% deposit; you ship within 7 days, the lot is re-tested on arrival, and final pricing is confirmed from the actual active-ingredient content.

Where is VITI located, and do you export?

VITI GROUP operates from the Eastern Economic Corridor of Innovation (EECi) API Facility in Wang Chan District, Rayong Province, Thailand. We supply customers worldwide and produce export-grade APIs under ICH Q7 and PIC/S PE 007 standards; buyers confirm regulatory requirements for their own market.

Does VITI offer custom formulation and white-label products?

Yes. VITI develops bespoke botanical formulations, white-label standardized extracts, and custom delivery formats — including edibles and ready-to-drink beverages — from concept to commercial launch, tailored to your brand, market, and regulatory needs.
